KIRTLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND HOLIDAY CONCERT TO BENEFIT RAINBOW FAMILIES FOUNDATION.
The Kirtland Middle School Band is conducting a holiday concert on December 20, 2001, 7PM at the Kirtland Middle School. Admission of a new or gently used toy will be donated to Rainbow Families Foundation to benefit the impoverished children in the Dominican Republic. Rainbow Families Foundation will be shipping a container of medical and dental supplies, school equipment and supplies, used clothing, shoes and toys to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. These items will be personally delivered to impoverished families in this third world country during its next mission in January 2002. Donations are being requested to assist with shipping costs. An area shoe store is going out of business and new children's shoes have been offered to Rainbow Families Foundation at liquidated prices. RFF is accepting donations to purchase new shoes for impoverished children in the Dominican Republic. Please make your checks payable to Rainbow Families Foundation, 8543 Hemlock Ridge Drive, Kirtland, OH 44094. RFF would like to express appreciation once again to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School in Chardon, Ohio for its support in donating gently used clothing, shoes and toys.
